With a Master’s degree in Special Education from the University of Maryland, Maureen has held pivotal roles within the educational sector. Her career journey includes impactful stints as a special education teacher in classrooms, a respected school-based administrator, and a central office administrator for the Office of Special Education.
Maureen's leadership is driven by a profound passion for enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities. She is deeply committed to being a valuable resource for families navigating the challenges and opportunities in special education. Her vision for Meaningful Futures is rooted in inclusivity, empowerment, and fostering environments where every individual can thrive.
Co-Founder & COO
Nathalie brings a wealth of expertise to her role as Chief Operating Officer, leveraging a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland and a bachelor's degree in Sociology from Georgetown University.
Her professional journey spans diverse fields, from creating personalized education solutions for students facing learning challenges in various settings to strategic internal recruitment and business development.With a deep-rooted passion for fostering meaningful connections with students, Nathalie excels in identifying and nurturing their strengths to facilitate growth and success. Her commitment to personalized learning and development underscores her approach to operational excellence, ensuring a dynamic and supportive environment within the organization.
Executive Director of Operations
Kaileigh is super organized, detail-oriented, and the glue that keeps this leadership team together! Kaileigh has a bachelor's in Business Administration with a concentration in General Management. Along with her professional background, Kaileigh is also a parent of a child with Autism. She understands the importance of having a team committed to supporting and working to ensure our families and technicians feel supported and seen. Kaileigh enjoys listening to true crime podcasts and hanging out with her two and four-legged children when she is not working.
Administrative & Billing Support Specialist
With over a decade of dedicated experience in healthcare, Tyler is a highly organized and self-motivated professional specializing in clerical and billing roles. She ensures seamless coordination between Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) and client services. Known for her exceptional interpersonal skills, Tyler thrives in collaborative environments, consistently delivering outstanding client services while strictly adhering to HIPAA compliance standards. Tyler is recognized for her ability as a great listener and solution finder, always prioritizing customer needs.
Director of Employee & Community Outreach
Mallory is a highly qualified, organized, thoughtful professional who has her master’s degree in Special Education with an autism spectrum disorders certificate from George Mason University and her undergraduate degree from Towson University in Elementary and Special Education. In her role with Meaningful Futures, she handles all recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of top talent to help our company hire great employees. She also plans the Parent Night Out events for our families!
Director of Family Consulting & Client Services
Sarah has her undergraduate degree from Indiana University in Elementary and Special Education and her Master of Education in Special Education with a focus on Autism and Severe Disabilities from the University of Delaware. She is passionate about working with children and adolescents with disabilities and has taught and performed in various home, school, and recreational settings. She enjoys creative problem-solving and providing resources, strategies, and support to enrich the lives of our clients and their families. She wants everything outdoors in her free time, especially hiking and kayaking.

Moreover, we provide regular trainings in areas of behavior management, crisis diffusion, language development techniques, and more!
