With a Master’s degree in Special Education from the University of Maryland, Maureen has worked in education for 20 years. Her work experience includes being a special education teacher in the classroom, a school-based administrator, a central office administrator for the Office of Special Education, and now the President of Meaningful Futures. Maureen is passionate about working with individuals with disabilities and enjoys being a resource to families.

With a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland and her bachelor's from Georgetown University in Sociology, Nathalie's work experience ranges from working one-on-one with students with learning challenges in both classroom and home settings to internal recruitment and business development. Nathalie's passion has always been creating a unique bond with students so she can learn their strengths and abilities and build on them.
Employee & Community Outreach Specialist
Mallory is a highly qualified, organized, thoughtful professional who has her master’s degree in Special Education with an autism spectrum disorders certificate from George Mason University and her undergraduate degree from Towson University in Elementary and Special Education. In her role with Meaningful Futures, she handles all recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of top talent to help our company hire great employees. She also plans the Parent Night Out events for our families!
Director of Family Consulting & Client Services
Sarah has her undergraduate degree from Indiana University in Elementary and Special Education and her Master of Education in Special Education with a focus on Autism and Severe Disabilities from the University of Delaware. She is passionate about working with children and adolescents with disabilities and has taught and performed in various home, school, and recreational settings. She enjoys creative problem-solving and providing resources, strategies, and support to enrich the lives of our clients and their families. She wants everything outdoors in her free time, especially hiking and kayaking.
Administrative Support
Kaileigh is super organized, detail-oriented, and the glue that keeps this leadership team together! Kaileigh has a bachelor's in Business Administration with a concentration in General Management. Along with her professional background, Kaileigh is also a parent of a child with Autism. She understands the importance of having a team committed to supporting and working to ensure our families and technicians feel supported and seen. Kaileigh enjoys listening to true crime podcasts and hanging out with her two and four-legged children when she is not working.
We are selective and thorough when hiring candidates. In addition to conducting an interview, we also check backgrounds and references. Moreover, we provide regular trainings in areas of behavior management, crisis diffusion, language development techniques, and more!
